delivery + charges
Please allow 1 to 2 days for delivery of in-stock, non-serviced items. Please note that items sent directly from our suppliers or oversized items may take longer. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. For your protection, items shipped directly from finn+sootie are posted via Express Post. Please appreciate that finn+sootie cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of packages delivered via Express Post.
custom orders
If any item does not list your size or style requirement, please feel free to contact us via email customerservice@finnandsootie.com.au to telephone 03 9855 2789. For example, many collars are also available as harnesses and many items area available in custom sizes. Also, please ensure you measure your pets properly and proof read any names carefully, as all custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned. These include personalized items and special orders, as well as any item that is noted as a custom order on the item page. Custom orders may be posted directly from the designers and could take up to six weeks for delivery.
stock availability
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you immediately and inform you of the expected delivery date. Back ordered items are posted as soon as available.
